I think it’s safe to say that my east-coast coat game is going strong this year now with the addition of this army green with sherpa coat from Coffee Shop. The Fall and Winters on the east-coast are incredibly brutal ranging in everything from gale force winds to blizzards to freezing rain, so that’s why when I coat shop I don’t mess around. I always look for style first and foremost, then I look for wearability- will it keep me warm and is it practical? So as you can see, this amazing jacket has met all of my coat criteria.

I absolutely love that this coat is in army green and is accented with sherpa which is visible only around the inner opening of the jacket and in the hood. It’s just begging to be worn with a pair of boots and a chunky sweater for a cozy look. Not only is this coat stylish, it also has the practicality of a hood (also with drawstrings!) and two big side pockets which are perfect for dropping my keys, cellphone and lipstick in.

I shot this look sometime during those few days when Hurricane Joaquin was in town and I literally lived in it the whole time. Between the down-pouring, misting and winds, this coat kept me stylishly warm and cozy. I love everything about it and can’t wait to give it a lot of wear time during the next few months.

I can totally see why you lived in this outfit last weekend! It looks so cozy and warm and definitely East Coast approved! Last weekend’s weather was horrible and I never changed from my sweats lol! You look gorgeous as always! Still jealous of your always perfect top knot!

The perfect fall look! Totally love it! I sure hope we get some fall weather soon in California. It’s been in the 80s everyday and my fall wardrobe is not getting much play.

Thanks so much for sharing with Fun Fashion Friday & we’d all love to see you back next week!
