Today’s shirt doesn’t just reflect a positive and uplifting message, but also supports Multiple Sclerosis Research. Doc Shorty is a company started by a husband and wife team who hold this cause close to their hearts. Doc Shorty was the nickname the owners grandfather gave him as a kid and unfortunately his grandfather suffered from MS. I can relate to this because my grandfather also had Multiple Sclerosis and was diagnosed before I was born. Growing up, I never saw him walk and as I got older I saw the disease progress and eat away at his neurological function until his death in 2004. Today, he is still an inspiration and as I grow, I look back and realize how much of a hardship this disease caused him and our family, yet I never realized this when he was alive because I never saw him without a smile on his face and or saw him on a day when he didn’t have a new joke to tell. I feel passionate about sharing this line of tees from Doc Shorty that have such a positive message on them because it reminds me of the same outlook that my grandfather had everyday.

These tees are super soft and comfy. I chose to pair mine with an olive velvet skirt and olive booties plus a pop of leopard for a fun and flirty look. I actually wore it the next day with a pair of sweats since it was so comfy I didn’t want to take it off.

Click here to check out the different positive quotes that Doc Shorty puts on their tees. All tees are made in the usa and 10% of the proceeds from your purchase go toward Multiple Sclerosis Research so that hopefully one day we can progress towards learning more about this disease and how to cure and prevent it.
