It’s no secret that every so often I enjoy a beauty post. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve really come to enjoy all of my beauty routines and very much love trying new products, it’s just so exciting. Something I’ve always been conscious of in the beauty realm, is hair. My mom is a hairdresser, so I guess it just comes natural. I’m a huge fan of Hask products (see last post here) because they have so many healthy hair products that work miracles depending on what my hair needs at the moment.

With this post I want to share my wash to finish hair beauty routine (including styling) and how I use Hask beauty products throughout.

1. Wash and condition with Hask Clarifying Shampoo and Conditioner duo. I’ve heard so much about the healthy benefits of charcoal and was excited to try these. They left my hair feeling nourished and soft and they also were super gentle on my color treated hair.
2. Use dime size amounts of any of their smoothing shine oil on your ends while your hair is still wet. I’m less generous with the products closer to my roots to avoid any oil buildup. I love these shine vials so that I can have a few different types on hand to use depending on my hair need that day. On this day, I used the Bamboo Smoothing Shine Oil.
3- Optional, blow-dry normal. Usually I let my hair air dry and then style, but if I don’t have time I’ll blow dry it. When my hair gets more heat exposure than normal, I try to repair it with the Hask Macadamia Oil Moisturizing Deep Conditioner Packet to make it feel soft and hydrated again.
4- Spray roots with Hask Instant Dry Shampoo. I literally love this stuff. I use it on my clean hair for boosted volume at the roots so that doesn’t have the stickiness texture that hairspray leaves behind. I’ll even use the dry shampoo the following day and on my off wash days to keep my hair looking fresh and full. I swear by dry shampoo, it’s a huge hair saver.
5- Style as desired. Loving my new curling rod purchase. I’m still practicing with it to get those really pretty beach waves, it’s a work in progress lol.
6- Spray with Hask Flexible Finish Spray to set. I love how light this hairspray is that it holds everything in place for the day but still lets the hair move and flow.

Hope you guys enjoyed this hair how-to. All of my Hask Hair fav’s are in the widget below.

Thanks for reading!
