Today is the absolute LAST day to shop the Nordstrom Anniv Sale. This year, I didn’t go too crazy and wasn’t even going to bother to post about what I got since it’s nothing ground breaking. However, I bought a set of the cutest bed sheets and was putting them on this morning, when I decided to take a photo. From there, I thought, why not post my finds. You don’t have to go too crazy during the sale to get the best finds. I think a few good key items goes a long way and can really get you through the fall season without breaking the bank. So below are the few things I got from this years sale and also a few similar items linked, just in case your taste isn’t quite like mine. Thanks for reading and happy shopping!
sheets: bcbgeneration (under $40 for full set including pillow cases)
These are the sheets! I usually only have one set of sheets which I just wash and put back on within the same day. Unfortunately, last week, my favorite (and most softest) sheets got a hole in them during the washing process. I came across this BCBGeneration set with the cutest little flowers on them. I love that its a full set and when that when I pull my sheets down for the night, I get a small bust of happiness from seeing the flowers as opposed to my last plain boring white set. They have other patterns in this exact set too, see below.
coat: burberry (nordstrom exclusive)
For YEARS I’ve always wanted a Burberry quilted coat. Usually, I treat myself to one designer item from the nsale each year. This year I went with the classic Burberry coat and am so excited I did! I’d say they run to true to size and actually slightly larger. I bought my regular size but like that it fits looser so that I can layer a sweater underneath. Other colors are olive and navy which are gorgeous, but I went on the safe side with black, knowing that it matches practically everything. I plan to wear this coat for years to come.
When I linked this, there was very few left, so if you’re reading this, it may be sold out. If so, shop similars below.
mules: bp (leather, under $55)
Mules! I’ll admit that at first I wasn’t a huge fan of this style. Other bloggers style them so effortlessly and I felt like on me they would look dorky and awkward. I took a risk with these because I couldn’t resist the dusty pink blush color. They’re actually really comfy and look adorable with simple jeans and a white tee. Plus, they’re leather. Such a steal at this price.
This weekend, I’m going camping in the Poconos. I bought these pieces separate not knowing that I would end up styling all three together for a camping look while packing. I just really love the harvest gold paired with blue and a long grey neutral cardi for a breezy day by the lake.
Sorry guys, looks like the cardigan and shorts are sold out. Similar styles are linked below.
Thanks for checking our my Nsale haul xo
